TriVision HD 1080P Security Camera WiFi, Wide Angle, Superior Low Light, Sensitive Motion Sensor

In our search for quality, reliable, wide-angle security cameras over the years we have tried several different brands and have been very disappointed with their lack of reliability and constant need for troubleshooting in addition to very poor customer service and assistance. In 2015, we discovered the TriVision cameras and have finally found the security cameras that meet our needs. In fact, we have purchased six additional TriVision cameras to replace all our other branded cameras as they’ve died over the years. With both the indoor and outdoor cameras, we have found that the TriVision cameras are high quality and reliable with easy setup and minimal troubleshooting. In addition, the image quality is good. However, I must say that the image quality of the TriVision NC-250W is a step up from their earlier versions. The clarity and color are quite amazing. We just purchased this camera to replace an older TriVision camera simply because of the increased clarity.Aside from the reliability and quality of the cameras themselves, one of the best selling points is the exceptional customer service that TriVision Tech Support provides. Twice now, we have had problems with the cameras, and both times the tech support response was amazing. In the past, we had found tech support from other camera makers to be frustrating and virtually nonexistent. But from the date of our very first TriVision purchase, TriVision Tech Support has been extremely responsive, very courteous, and amazingly fast. We had questions even before our first purchase, and the response was accurate and fast. Any setup questions we had were answered immediately—often within a couple hours of sending the email! When we had a camera stop working within the warranty period, I wasn’t surprised to get a quick response with suggested troubleshooting steps. However, when those steps proved unsuccessful, I was surprised at the speed at which a new, upgraded replacement camera was sent to us. Last month, another of our cameras (now out of warranty) developed night vision problems. I sent an email asking for support suggestions, knowing that the camera was no longer covered by their warranty. I received an email back with a possible troubleshooting step, but was astonished to also receive an offer to replace that camera at no cost to us (except shipping) if the troubleshooting did not work. Since we were unable to get the night vision working properly, we returned the defective camera to TriVision, and once again they replaced the camera with an upgraded camera, the NC-250W, even though they were under no obligation to do so. Both replacement cameras were completely new (not refurbished) and upgraded models. This is truly a company that stands behind its products.So a quality product and superb customer service makes buying TriVision cameras a win-win for us. We’ve never regretted our decision to purchase these cameras.

I have one of these cameras and very impressed with it. So I purchased another one for another area.Terrible camera this time around; will not stay connected. I’ve spent hours trying to maintain a connection between modem and camera. I’m using a wired connection, not even wireless, but it’s the same wired or wireless.I’m sending it back to amazon today. Tech support takes too long to reach out to help.Re; now my first camera is nothing but problems. It will not stay connected, constantly loosing the correct password. I constantly have to delete and re-install camera.I have other Brand cameras on the same modem with out any problems.It’s time to trash this camera and upgrade it with one that’s stable!Something has gone wrong with their software and no support...

The media could not be loaded.  Nice little wireless camera! Superb fill HD 1080p picture in bright light or no light. Really easy installation too with the AnyScene app on Apple's App Store or on Google Play. The picture is fantastic! The camera system works well, the video looks sharp, the night vision is clear.

Inexpensive, easy to set up camera. I loved this so much I bought a second one.The set up worked very well, but did need to follow the instructions. The camera works excellently, I have the first one inside a front window covering the front yard and entrance. Adjusting sensitivity was easy, noted on one of the reviews that nighttime picture through the window worked best the IR filter off. Getting the feed to my Android was a bit tricky but the end result was I am able to view the video feed remotely.

If these cameras hold up to the test of time, this is the best thing since indoor plumbing
