Fantastic little phone ..so easy to set up ! Up & running in no time !
Absolutely brilliant little phone for seniors / children's first phone ..it has everything you need incorporated into the phone / time/ date/ music / phone/ torch /SOS / & Is very easy to set up ..it comes slightly charged ( for you to set up) & it also has it's own charger ..the instructions are very clear & easy to understand & it takes any network SIM card ..the interesting part is that the phone has big numbers on the keypad ..for easy reading ! & It also has a lock button on the side of phone ..in fact my husband & l have just set this phone up ourselves ( hubby is 75) & we are up & running a s it all works brilliantly !!! It's a very well made but lightweight phone & it has a lanyard which is another little bonus .. it's an absolute winner in my (& hubby's ) opinion as us seniors just want something that's easy ..& this is just so very easy to set up !! Just a little pointer ..if you put your existing SIM CARD in your new phone ..like we did ..you may think it .s too big ..but you just need to snap the attachments off from around SIM card untill it reaches NANO size..which is the size the phone takes .. ( this educated us ..as we were apprehensive about doing this !) ..it's also 4G which is in line with what is needed these days ..& the colour white is quite different ..l am truly in awe of this SUPER little phone & it's the best value for money ( packaged & boxed securely) & very quick delivery !! No problem.s whatsoever !!! Highly recommend !!!! Thankyou

Not a true 'SIM-free' phone but has some nice features.
I should point out that I reserve giving 5-star reviews to truly exceptional products. Well, an immediate star off for claiming this phone is 'SIM-Free', as it actually requires a SIM to work. Perhaps it was a poor translation but putting 'Easyfone T200 4G Sim-Free Feature Mobile Phone' as the headline is sailing close to the wind in my opinion. My wife and I rely on our phones a lot so if either one of us has theirs in for repair or lost we have some issues. A basic spare phone that could hold 5 or more phone numbers was what we were after and the Easyfone T200 seemed an ideal choice along with a PAYG SIM. There are still quite a few simple deals to be had such as 1pmobile The phone interface is bright and clear, and the buttons are back-lit, but I turned off the option that calls out the number you press but I can see where a person with restricted sight would find it useful. I haven't done texting with a 9-key keyboard for quite a few years but it quickly comes back to you. The speed-dial is restricted to numbers 3 - 9 so seven in total, but there is a contacts list and you can save numbers to the phone's limited memory or to a memory card (separate purchase). There is a small torch built-in the handset, which again can be useful, but from my limited use of the phone I think it could drain the fairly small battery quite quickly. At £36.99 inc VAT it looks a bit expensive but the clear screen and back-lit keys make it easy to use.

Sturdy, Good Sound, Easy to Use, Affordable.
We got this phone for my grandma as she wanted something simple and easy and didn’t like the complications that comes with a smart phone. It’s a great basic phone that does exactly what it’s meant to do: make calls and send texts easily. It’s well suited for seniors or people who don’t want a smartphone but still want to be within easy reach of their loved ones. The interface is very simple, with clear menus and big physical buttons. The screen is easy to read, and the phone is lightweight and comfortable to hold. The sound quality during calls is strong and clear, which is great as my grandma is a bit hard of hearing. It’s very easy to charge and the battery life is great. Even with regular use, it lasts several days on a single charge. The Type-C charging is also a nice touch. Despite being a simple phone, it still has great features like FM radio, flashlight, alarm, calculator, and Bluetooth. The SOS button and speed dial are very useful safety features. We saved important numbers for her and it helps to give us peace of mind in knowing she can reach us or outside help, even more easily. The texting experience is quite basic, as expected with physical buttons. It’s fine for short messages, but probably not ideal for someone that likes to have long conversations via text. It’s a very good basic phone. It’s easy to use, reliable, and affordable. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for something similar.

after sales service
What after sales service I've been trying to contact someone from either Amazon or Easyfone without success whenever I want to bank or buy something which requires a OTP it takes anything from 1 hour to 7 hours for the OTP to arrive on my mobile and by this time it is out of time I can't remember the number of times I have tried to contact both companies sor them to rectify the problem. I have used Amazon numerouse times in the past but NEVER AGAIN UNLESS THEY RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM not used Easyfone previously and WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN UNLESS THEY RESOLVE THIS MATTER ALONG WITH AMAZON> Ron Walton
