As ordered got the product Sheesham Wood King size box bed delivered few months back. Product was good but had some issue with one of its side. We contacted TG Furniture for the same and I must say they had outstanding customer service. As per our request, they helped us with the problem and the bed side was replaced within due timeframe as promised. But however the problem continued persistently and the customer service was contacted again to resolve the same. Though I was slightly perturbed with the quality issue but Mr Prerit Poddar from T G furniture listened to the issue very patiently and assured me not to worry and the issue will be resolved soon. On contacting Mr Prerit again I asked to replace the same without storage to which Mr Prerit was kind and humble enough to assure again that he will work out the same and promised to revert back. After a couple of days he called up and advised us to replace the same with Sheesham Wood King size 2 drawer bed instead of without storage. We liked his advice and asked him that he should not be at loss. He said that he has great value for his customers and will be doing the replacement without any loss and also to ensure the customer satisfaction. Also for assembling of the bed Mr Prerit Poddar from T G FURNITURE did all the needful, right from booking of a carpenter online for me till its installation. The carpenter booked by him was also proactive in his approach and finished the installation of bed in a thorough professional manner. During the process he had been in constant touch with us in ensuring the timely delivery of the product and it's installation duly enquiring about any difficulties being faced by us as if he was himself present on site. He was in constant touch with us till the job was done to my satisfaction. We are now extremely happy with the overall service of T G furniture. With respect to the quality of bed I will say that it is very sturdy and highly recommended to others as well. I would like to say that it was a wonderful experience with T G FURNITURE while purchasing this product and last but not the least we are very thankful to Mr Prerit Poddar who has displayed his thorough professionalism during the entire process and wish him good luck for his future endeavors. I have been using the bed for over a year. Overall, pretty good. It is sturdy, and while I haven't been jumping on it, it has supported the collective weight pretty well. - The central support leg has a length larger than the rest of the bed frame. Would need to be cut. This could however be just an issue with the piece I received. - The cover MDF boards are ok, but I would suggest they be replaced by better hardboards for longevity. In case moisture seeps through, these would be the first thing to sag. - Due to its modular design that can be taken apart, there might be some creaking at the joints. - The storage space is rather small-ish. One can fit the slim bags in it, but the larger check-in bags won't accommodate due to small height. Lifting the top MDF boards is a chore (after the mattress). One would need to completely remove the MDF board rather than it neatly folded on top of the other side. So, please be prudent about what you put inside the bed.

The Design is classic and given Attention to details, the paint colour looks good and premium, over all Quality is decent not very rugged this what we get for price i guess.

Actually I have requested for the return.It is because the product is not liked atall and not upto the mark.Quality is poor,plywood and masonite are of lowest quality.Paint on so called seasum wood are also not proper.Lastly it is also not adjustable in the place , specified for this purchase.The size is more than what was on the screen.

PLS READ Completely to understand the STARS. got it for 2K lesser during the republic sale. overall bed is sturdy and can hold about 300 KG weight, has a slight smell when arrived took couple of days for that to go away. Assembly was easy with the screws and spanner given in the package. Took us about 45 minutes to assemble as a family. on a scale of 1 to 10 for quality of finish I was expecting for 26K this cot met like only *7* reason being there are lot small broken pieces, like the foldable leg in the center is broken at the end seems ok for now but if I move the bed once or twice that will break and will need replacing. there are many small breaks that were glued crooked some place they didn't even try to hide these breaks and just applied varnish on top. just because of these breaks and missing pieces, I'm reducing one stars as I was expecting better quality in wood. Appreciate the sellers honesty in calling this wood Sheesham and not TEAK . Go for this if you do not have local options, package without storage was too heavy for 5 adults to lift and had to be opened on the road and taken in pieces. so be prepared if you are staying above ground floor. I didn't have any issues with tracking the package and it arrived on the committed date.

Bed looks good and is easy to assemble. However the bed is not solid wood as claimed. carpenter that helped with assembly said it is some form of engineered wood. The headboard is too flexible and wobbly to be made out of solid wood. So it is a scam to say the bed is solid wood
