Clear Jel Thickener (Cook Type)

Excellent project to have for canning and preserving. I have used many times for my chicken pot pie filling and apple pie filling.

I love how smooth & non clumping this product is to use! I’ve used the product extensively , especially for making fruit leathers! It has thickened anything I’ve set my mind on thickening, from a fruit puree’, to fruit juice! I love it for making gravy, and thickening stews & soups, as it never clumps! The large size is perfect for someone like me!

It does what it supposed to

This is perfect for canning my apple pie filling! It thickens without being gloppy, and my pies stay together when serving.
