This is a great dust bin easy to empty, cleans up really well

Fit and quality of the item is good. Only problem is the black rubbery seal. I original one was pliable and created a tight seal. This one is harder almost like a plastic and does not seal as good " tiny gap between bin door and bin". Product functions; but due to not having a tight seal some fine dust particles can escape and dirty the vacuum's bin area more.

This looked pretty good when it arrived. The filter cartridge went in with no problem. However, today, the filter was so dirty I wanted to remove it and clean it. The REAL Roborock dust bin allows you to lift up one end of the filter and remove it from the outside. This one does NOT have the open end where you can lift the filter off. The black seal goes all the way around, both inside and outside and the fit of the filter into its opening is SO tight that you can't lift the filter off from the outside OR push it out from the inside. When I tried to push it out, it started to break the plastic reinforcements and the paper of the filter itself. My husband said "Well I guess with this dust bin, when you want to change the filter, you have to destroy it to get it off and replace it with a clean one." I am NOT going to do that. The filters are expensive and wash up very well for MONTHS. These usable replacement parts are expensive. I am almost a month past my "Return Free Window", so I guess I'll have to go to the Roborock store on Amazon and get an OEM replacement. What really peeves me is -- in EVERY other dimension, this dust bin IS an exact replacement of the OEM. But if you can't use the filters the same way, and it's obvious they didn't design this one to work the same way, you feel HAD. Money down the drain.

I bought this for my Roborock S4 Max and it is not recognized. My robot says "dustbin removed" and "dustbin installed" for the original one, but not this one.

It doesn't fit my cleaner, used it, and throws dust all over, Can I still return it?

Fits perfectly in Roborock S6 Pure and works as expected. Durability is good. Recommended in case you lost one.
