Does increase height. Practically invisible, especially if you have flat feet(arches your foot more)They stay on decent, would recommend putting on another sock over.

Very small
I saw a similar product on social media. The all silicon kind. Came to Amazon and read bad reviews. Found this one with the sock. Thought the sock would make it sturdier. It's small. I wear a size 8.5 and this barely fit my foot. At 185 lbs, I felt like it was squished down to near nothing. My wife didn't even notice a height difference.
