Well made and sturdy. Possibly could do with an extra power connector. USB 3.2 devices do pull a bit of current

Easy install but remember you need an adapter if using a vacant CD tray. You also need a SATA power cable as this isn't included in the box.

Device has two usb c ports. Only one of these work. I contacted their support and they didn't respond ....

It was exactly the addition I needed for my new desktop computer. It adds a high speed USB 3 port that was missing from the front panel of my setup. The bonus was it also gave me a card reader. The only thing I would say is a power supply cable extension would be handy as it's a long way from the power supply to the plug at the back and my cables were too short to reach. I thought it was good value and it arrived in good condition nice and quickly.

Nice well made product which electronically does the job fine, the only issue is the fitting holes do not line up to any housing, so had to be drilled out to fit

This interface unit was easy to fit in an optical drive bay using a converter. The cables are long, I did not measure them but around 18 inches for us that still think that way. Once installed and powered up all the connectors worked and sticks, drives and cards were seen immediately.I did not do any speed tests but as the 10G connector cable just plugs into the motherboard I don't see why it would not work fully and it certainly functions.I was keen to add USB C connectors and card readers to the front of my PC and this unit did it perfectly.
