Good value!
The head strap is secure and adjustability is excellent. Sturdy enough that I am able to mount a GoPro just behind the light and it is not uncomfortable even after 3 hours of surgery. The light source intensity is adjustable and very strong. New, the battery lasts about 2.5 hours. Light aperture setting is a bit loose providing little tactile sense, but I just set it at the onset and forget it.Update: light stopped working after about 20 uses... ! no return option...bummer

The surgical head gear was good. However
The surgical head gear was good. However, the headlight was not functional. Trying to charge it was not helpful either. It turned out that the whole equipment worked effectively for only 4 days. After that the headlight could not function anymore!
