Pretty good for cruising around the campground.
Assembly was pretty easy except the screws for the rear fender were a little large for the holes. We ran the screws in and out first and then the fender went on easily. The only other problem we had was a dead battery in the fob that we decided to use and the bike kept stalling. Contacted BLM and they offered to replace the battery. Once we figured these problems out the bike has been running really well. It's not for climbing steep hills but on level and rolling terrain does really well.

and heavily recommend against purchase
I weigh 180 lbs and ride the bike to work and back on 2 km of flat concrete bike path. After a month, the frame has snapped in two. I am an aluminum fabricator by trade, and this is not normal or acceptable structural workmanship. Considering the price, I deeply regret this purchace, consider the vehicle unsafe, and heavily recommend against purchase.

My scooter was fun at first then suddenly went DOA and died!!!! Buyer beware!
Product worked for about 10 miles and then when I was about 3 miles from my home I stopped at the store. I came outside and tried to turn the scooter on and it was dead. I literally spent hours after walking the 3 miles home with my dead scooter which had a FULL CHARGE! I hit home and put it right back in the box it came and it was gone the next day. Cool idea but flawed product

No customer support and key fob not syncing. Bike is useless and I'm returning to BLM Products.
Key fob won't sync with the bike and that makes it unusable. There is no contact information for troubleshooting and suppliers aren't of any help either. The bike came to me with 2.1 miles already on it. Something doesn't feel right with this purchase.

48volt Power and great looks make this way better than any of its kind, and for a lot less!
I have ridden a competitors ebike and the Robstep X1 is a Fantastic upgrade in speed and power. I got it from eWheels who have upgraded the battery pack to a 370wh 7amp pack. This with the 48v system motor makes it a champ on the hills. The Hover and Swag cant even compare with the torque. This bike is also awesome looking and after much anxiety putting it together with the oversimplistic instructions included, I was cruising faster than ever and less squirrelly too. It rides nice and solid. No rattling! The design is simple, hence the simple instructions and everything is where it should be. Pedals are nice metal and sleek when retracted. The collapsable body is easy to operate quickly for easy storage and feels very secure even off curbs and jumping potholes. The adjustable height of the handle bars is great since it allows for better posture while riding. The larger tires (14") and this cannot be overstated, are a remarkably better ride than the 10" on others. I have been riding a Lehe K1 a Hover type cycle, for about a year, and it just doesnt make it up the hills around my area of Los Angeles. It also cant compare to the headlights of the Robstep which really light up your whole path like a car. The Robstep's tail light, which the Lehe doesnt have, is mandatory in California for bikes and this one is removable, rechargable, and can even be used as a flash light when you drop your phone into the bushes. Which I had to do the very first night. HA! The bluetooth speakers are fantastic and the horn is a funny facsimile of a big truck horn. When people are staring at how cool the bike looks at a stop sign I will blow the horn to make them smile. It always does! The downside of this bike is the anemic instructional manual and lack of an app for the phone. It is a new company, and as more are sold they may try to fix that. The lack of more detailed instructions has not dampened my enjoyment of the bike at all though. I had to replace the CR2032 batteries in the FOBs, but they are $1 for two at the hardware store. Also the front fender is a fragile design and broke off in shipping. Fortunately, it never rains in southern california, and Jason and the eWheels team had one shipped out by the end of the week(they rock! Best customer service ever!).On the plus side, it charged the batteries in the time it took me to assemble it. Only takes 3 hours max to recharge, not 6hrs like others. Batteries are easily switched out using a key lock mechanism and pulling with the built in battery handle. I have not gone far enough to need an extra battery yet, but I plan on doing some long group rides in the future so I will update when I do. It charges so fast that I just take my charger in my backpack. I feel comfortable when I leave home on this bike that I wont have to push it uphill back home like the others. It folds easily and can be taken in stores as a trolly or easily tucked into a corner of your apt. It is very sturdy and no rattle, gets a ton of looks, performs better than any of the lesser 36Volt bikes and really has matured as a real transportation device! If you like a bike for riding with enough power to go up an incline and hills I had to walk the Hover/Lehe up, then this bike is for you, and its a steal at this price!
