The media could not be loaded. I bought this machine 2 months ago , I used it about 6 times and it stopped working . This is my second one from this brand in six months and no bueno .

The media could not be loaded. I saw very good reviews of this machine on social media but after a week that mine arrived, it’s not working, not with the charger and not with mast power supply. So disappointing I have clients and I really need this machine to work. Return and never buy from mast again .I think they sent me a used one, bcz there was not a clear plastic on the top with three buttons which shows its brand new .

I'm a tattoo apprentice. I started with a $50 wormhole wich did the trick. My husband got me this mast tour pro y22 for my upgrade an holy crap.My last one was decent, but still loud, heavy and vibrates a lot. This one is light weight, east to hold, no bigger then an xl sharpie. The vibrations are subtle and makes it easy to hold and use while on. This will be a game changer for my learning process.Get this machine! Even the older model is awesome!

The battery life is a solid 2 hours if your on it constantly but it does charge up pretty fast. It's a comfortable machine ro work with as it feels like a thick pen in your hand and if you take the battery off and use the pedal it's even lighter. The first one I received didn't work right but Amazon sent a new one right over and that one worked. Never had any issue with it after the exchange.

Product aas simple and easy to use but battery inly lasted a few hours. Product seems to overheat and shut itself off

I had Bellar air which is over a thousand dollars. If I knew that this works almost the same I would never give that over price to a machine. Definitely recommended. It’s fast, easy to hold and light weight enough.

Full charge did not last longer that 35 minutes. Very disappointed.I will update review to see if replacement works.

This product is deceitful. Works fine for a few months until it starts acting weird. Making strange noises up until the needle does not retract anymore. Got impressed like most ppl here at the beginning but couldn’t hold up for the long run. Literally bought it 4 months ago and it’s not longer working. Park your money elsewhere ppl if you want to have a better experience.
