Very pretty and easy to install however the paper towels do not dispense easily. You have to pull quite hard and the paper towels tend to just rip instead.

Like other reviewers, I also found that multi fold paper towels tear when this unit is wall-mounted and towels are pulled thru the slot. BUT...it works and looks nice sitting on the counter. It's also very sturdy.

Once Paper towels became hard to find, I switched to trifold paper towels which I found were easier to find in bulk and convenient to use. I had just been using the paper towels in a pile, but the paper towels would often attach to each other and 1-2 would fall to the floor and sometimes the pile would tip over. It just wasn’t working. This dispenser actually makes a difference with containment and organization! I definitely have less paper towels dropping to the floor. It’s Well made. Appears made of quality materials - Durable thick acrylic. It looks good too, Appears high end. It’s Nice enough to display out in my kitchen. You can hang it on the wall or just stand it on a counter. Nice product, recommend!

The problem with this type of setup is. The paper towels are too heavy for you to be able to pull the towels out of the bottom. They tear easily and just won't come out. So you end up pulling towels out of the top.
