Delicious! And the seller wrapped the salamis in pristine condition, covered with insulated bubble wrap, ice and loads of foam peanuts. And, with my having paid additional fast shipment, the salamis came FAST!! Excellent transaction!! The taste takes me back to much of my childhood which was spent in Brooklyn!! Thank you!!

It was more than I was expecting based on the photo. I thought I was getting the smaller sized chubs, but they are the large ones, at least a foot long. Very tasty though and I'm not complaining!

The salami is very good, if you can ever actually get it. Twice it has been so delayed that I have had to cancel the order. Never offered an explanation. I even tried paying extra to ensure a more rapid delivery but that had no effect.

I love it's unique taste. It also keeps very well in the freezer. Surprisingly, a bread knife will cut through even a frozen log of it makeing it really easy to keep on hand.

With this packaging you receive two, 2 pound salamis for a total of four pounds (4lbs). It shipped on Monday morning and arrived Wednesday afternoon. It was packed with an ice pack but when it arrived the salami was room temperature. It was still fresh. I can’t get this where I live and I didn’t want to pay $100, this is the best bargain. The expiration date had one month of freshness left. The salami is delicious, with a very nice al dente texture, like a fancy ring bologna. It is Kosher. I cut each salami in half (one pound) and vacuum sealed them for the freezer. The other pound I sliced about an 1/8th inch thick for sandwiches with lettuce. This grills nicely to add to Kraft Mac n Cheese or in an egg taco, like southern fried bologna. -spkoller
