My sister turned me on to this product. I have only been taking it for about two weeks and not consistently. The first thing I noticed is that it works as an appetite suppressant. What I mean by that is that when I sit down to eat, I only eat about a third of what I normally eat because that extreme appetite I sometimes get has disappeared. I do not fill full after using it, but I do not have that over-whelming desire to eat a lot of food. I have also stopped craving food, so I can go all day without eating because I do not have the over-whelming desire to eat. I do not recommend going all day without eating, but not desiring food is a side-effect of the product. The next thing I noticed is that I sleep better since I have been using it. I do not have that fuzzy feeling in my head either, and I feel better mentally and physically since I have been using it. I am not so sure about the fat burning capabilities. I am on a medication that causes weight gain, so I cannot say for certain if Garcinia Cambogia is an effective weight loss supplement. Two out of three results is pretty good though.

Powder is more soluble and you get a better benefit than tablets, capsules, or liquids

Taste like mud compared to other on the market, can not get it to disolve. WTH?
