I really like the vial holders and the shorter, softer swabs in comparison to other home tests. It accurately detected my COVID infection, so it does it’s job. The different colored dyes between the test line and the control line was a little confusing, particularly to someone with COVID brain but overall really like these tests and they will be my go to for the remainder of this pandemic.

Very easy instructions on video. Quick, accurate results. Ap on phone helpful .

Bought on March 1 and expiration was for April. On that same day, bought another brand from Walgreens and expiration was in 9 months. Also, ordered additional one by mistake, there was no way to change/cancel the order only one minute after I placed the order, so very strict return policy.

I've messaged Intrivo Diagnostics about this but have not received a response. I ordered two boxes and one was fine. Seeking a refund or replacement for the other box.
