Cool kit for budding scientists
Great kit for curious kids. Very interesting and easy to follow experiments.

Frustrating to say the least
All instruction cards are completely in chinese language. Of course there are some pictures, but they are kind of useless, if you are not told what things to mix together and the steps are explained in English. I would not recommend buying this.Update: In addition to the above, most of the containers with the ingredients where not properly closed and leaked into the bag where they were kept. If it hadn't been a christmas gift, I would have returned it, but how do you tell your 3 and 5 year old that Santa gave them something not so great and you have to send it back?

Can’t complete experiments
All experiment cards are written in Chinese which is obviously not shown in the pictures for the product. So we can’t actually complete any of the experiments as my translation app does not explain properly. Would not recommend buying this, just get science supplies separately and find own experiments.

Waste of money
I ordered this on a deal, without reading reviews or what was included in the kit. After looking over what came and looking at what’s needed for some experiments, I went to the description to see what’s supposed to be included as it seemed that I was missing stuff. I was indeed missing items. I ordered a replacement and now that’s lost in transit. I emailed the manufacturer about the missing items and haven’t heard back. The manufacturer seems to be different than the seller on here. I’m just going to return this kit as so many things are missing. Some of the instructions are confusing and not quite clear enough. I’m sure some of the experiments would be fun but we can’t do them due to missing items. The ” Rainbow Ferris Wheel” experiment looks to be fun. The instructions show decent size candies that fit nicely around the petri dish but in fact they are mini generic m&m’s. The instructions call for 10-12 of them which leaves 1/2 the dish empty. Looks nothing like the nice picture in the instructions. The balloons rip very easy which makes it hard to use with the funnel for the “Air Cannon” experiment. Don’t waste your money, buy a Discovery brand set. I have many of those and they seem to be the best.

Save your money
I was super excited when I opened this kit, they had a very cool set up and that what attracted me to it. My 5yr old loves science so much, and experimenting, we have a few different ones, so when I saw this I had to get it. We tried about 50% of the experiments inside and I don’t know if the products were too old, but nothing really worked at all, it was pretty disappointing because she was so excited and not one of them actually worked. As my daughter would say when her experiments don’t work out- lAnd that’s what we call a science fail”

All the tools you need, almost zero instruction
The experiment instruction cards are killing the joy of this kit. The instructions are the worst. The lessons bubbles are meh. 3/4 of time I’m trying to figure out the vague measurements of ingredients. I bought this used, the candy coated chocolates that were supposed to be used for one experiment were broken to bits, so I blame that I’m myself for buying used. They look like they survived the Great Depression. But the utter fail is that I can’t even get a volcano to work with the materials they provide, I’m not sure if they were saying it was supposed to be bubbling lava or volcano, wording is confusing. My daughter and I were expecting an explosion and we were both disappointed. Ended up doing the old school baking soda and vinegar method from back to my science fair days and we were satisfied. The materials and “equipment” are satisfactory, but like I said, no clue what to do half the time. Maybe I’m not science minded. 🤷🏻♀️
