I am writing this review for people like me who are confused between a roller vs this for backbone strength and stretching. This is a good multi purpose product that I use while sleep to support my side pose, for lower back, for upper back and sometimes in between my knees when i am sleeping in side pose. I am around 85kgs and it supports my body weight. Yes by regular use it has some structural deformities but it will still help you for wht your body needs. Good product and I don’t hv to worry about breakage cuz of my weight which was a concern for the hollow roller. And fyi these rollers hollow or even this product don’t help with muscle or fascia healing or stretching - that’s just marketing. But it sure gives relaxation and support that is good for your muscles or spine.

This half foam roller I purchased on high price. It is very hard and it is very difficult to use while doing excercises.
