It's simple. It's sturdy. Plenty of hooks. Easy to install. Holds more weight then I thought it could.

Bought these for the dead space in the back corner of my closet. They were easy enough to assemble and didn't take long, despite the many pieces included. Each one consists of a top and bottom bracket, 2 halves of the center pole that twist together, each hook, and a foam washer between each hook. Most of the mounting brackets were crooked relative to the vertical bar - you're unlikely to see it in use, but be aware if you're using these in a very visible spot.They're not super heavy duty, but sturdy enough to hold purses and hats, or a couple of coats. I attached them directly to a stud rather than using the included screws and anchors (note - if you're attaching to a stud, the included screws are on the short side). They would hold more if I mounted them on a flat wall rather than a corner and I ended up skipping a hook or two due to the spacing, but they work for my purposes.

Installation is straightforward, with all the necessary hardware included. The racks are also versatile in their placement.

Product functions as intended, holds a lot and a lot of hats. Problem is the hardware and installing it, you have to assemble both units fully and then insert the anchors and balance the units while screwing it the wall. The instructions are drawings with only contact information, no suggested instructions, no parts inventory, and not template of measurement guides for installation. Be sure in order to have someone available to help hold the unit while installing it. A good handyman can do the job on his own but there will be frustrations along the way. Both units when assembled are too long for one person to mark hole positions while trying to hold the unit plumb. The company really need to work out the customer installation process. Also the wall anchors did not grab (again no written instructions like drill bit sizing) and the dark finished screws easily burred out in the process. Be aware those steps during installation mean the rack units can hold a good amount of weight, if the wall mounting hardware fails to set these racks can fail. Love the idea of the swivel, not sure I need it for hats, but the design does allow for more than twenty baseball caps to be hung and displayed … on both rack units.

It was super easy to put up and they hold a LOT of coats. I would definitely buy again if I wanted to conserve space by a door. Might even buy again to use for all my hats!
