Q: What's with that picture? It looks like once you put it over your head, the pockets fall at chest level. Surely that's not how it really is, is it?

I am 5'2" and the tops of the pockets came to about 2 inches below my waist. The apron ties are at waist level; the neck ties can be adjusted.

Q: How many pockets does this have? Thanks.

There is one large pocket almost the width of the apron, 6 little pockets, 2 small 2" straps with Velcro.

Q: I would like to know the measuremens of the apron and how long the sait ties are

Love this apron! Apron is tapered from 26" to 17" (just above the waist ties). Waist ties are 20" each. The shoulder ties are 15" from the shoulder. It wears very well.

Q: Could this be used as a belt without using the neck strap? (Maybe just fold the chest part under the lap portion)

Possibly, but it might make putting tools in and out of the pockets a bit more cumbersome; and with the neck strap in place the dirt from the tools stays "out front" not "down the front"--if you get my drift.
