Q: Dies this come with packaging for resale

It comes in a small white box but there isn’t a barcode on it.

Q: where is this product made? China junk?

Yes, it says so on the box. Have to be careful with that thought. If designed in USA most likely they have quality requirements put in place along with incoming inspection. But very heavy duty. Only improvement I would do is have a Nyloc type nut. But I purchased additional units….they work great……oh, and I would buy USA first and foremost for the same reasons….no quality standards in china direct…..

Q: Will this fit over/around the tubing of a 2" receiver hitch extension? trying to tighten rattle between extension and 2" hitch receiver.

It’s helps for a short while. The bolts do not stay tightened.

Q: where are they made? Country of Origin?

Made in China & all I can say is it works,metal bends easy
