Pretty straightforward to use, sizing measurements on my zip track were a bit smaller than the guide I found suggested for a number 5 pulley, however when I got the pulley off it was definitely the same number 5 I had ordered as a closest match.

Had a new SuperDry hoodie with a broken zip. Cut the old one off and applied this on seconds. Works brilliantly. My only issue is the little spike that stops it slipping down is a little sharp!

Once installed properly, this zip runner works very well.Installation can be tricky - for this job, I had to remove the old, broken runner using a junior hacksaw. Then, the ZlideOn needed to be prised open fully using a pair of small screwdrivers. Next, I could snap on the ZlideOn without a problem. Finally (based on experience with this product) I wiped the hinge of the runner with epoxy resin to prevent it from unclipping (and waited 12 hours for the resin to set).The ZlideOn is expensive - it can cost a lot more than a whole replacement zip! The manufacturers rely on the fact that replacing the runner is much easier and quicker than sewing in a new zip. Nine times out of 10 they are right!

I needed a new zipper for my winter coat. This attached easily and zipped up my coat straight away.

Just a little too small and could not find one any bigger. Great idea just too small

This took seconds to attach, works very well and locks better than my previous zip. The cost is steep but unavoidable in the absence of a better alternative.

Para lo que lo necesitaba, funciona a las mil maravillas. Lo compré para una chaqueta que uso poco. Si fuera para una cremallera de uso diario no sé si aguantaría igual que colocar una cremallera normal (quizás sí, pero no lo he probado), pero para una cremallera de uso ocasional o para una emergencia, es excelente (a lo mejor también lo sería para una cremallera de uso diario, pero eso no lo he probado).La publicidad y el envoltorio dicen que en 20 segundos se coloca la cremallera, pero en realidad hasta una persona torpe como yo tarda menos de eso. El modelo que compré (talla L y para cremallera metálica) me costó 12,90 euros en el momento de la compra. Para una cremallera únicamente me parece un precio caro (por ese dinero en cualquier mercería puedes comprar más de una) pero considerando que ahorra el tener que llevar la chaqueta (o lo que sea) a coloquen una cremallera nueva, y que eso costaría más dinero, sí que es un ahorro (al menos para los que no sabemos cambiar una cremallera y en caso de rotura tenemos que llevarla a que la cambien, y pagarlo). Otra ventaja es que si en algún momento otra cremallera del mismo tipo se estropeara igual, basta con poner el cursor en la cremallera que se use en ese momento, se puede ir alternando de una prenda a otra, con lo que el ahorro es mayor.En resumen:- Fácil de poner.- Muy contento con la compra.- De momento parece aguantar sin problemas.Lo único a tener en cuenta es que hay varios modelos y hay que asegurarse, antes de comprar uno, el tamaño del cursor y si la cremallera es metálica, de plástico, impermeable...Posiblemente compre alguna más de otro tamaño, para tenerlo en caso de emergencia.El pedido llegó en la fecha prevista y se corresponde con la descripción del producto.

Die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung nicht.Zum Befestigen klappt man den Haken hoch und fädelt ein. Dann kann man ihn angeblich auf- und zuziehen. Wenn der Zipper beidseitig eingesetzt ist, lässt er sich nicht auf beiden Seiten zuziehen, sondern gleitet nur auf einer. Außerdem irritiert es, dass man den Zipper durch Aufklappen löst, was bei Gebrauch dazu führt, dass sich das Teil aus der Schiene löst.Man darf daher den RV-Haken bei Gebrauch nicht hochklappen, was nicht ok ist und man immer dran denken muss, beim Zu, bzw. Aufmachen den Haken unten zu lassen.Ich wollte den RV zum Befestigen einer Kapuze an meiner Winterjacke, nachdem der alte RV kaputtgegangen war, nehme jetzt Druckknöpfe.Der Zipper geht zurück.

Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so einfach geht aber ja, es hat funktioniert. Wie lange es halten wird, weiß ich nicht aber es hält jetzt und der Reißverschluss geht auf und zu.

Well, I received one that was snapped closed. I didn’t see how you could open it, so, I sent it back. They promptly replaced it. I used the measurements on the listing and measured my zipper when purchasing this pull. I snapped it onto the one side. It didn’t run as smooth as the OEM, but I was satisfied with it operation. When I inserted the other half of the zipper, it became a lot tighter. I can zip it up and down but you have to hold it zipper and pull just right. Should this go bad I will buy one size bigger.
