Here is to update my previous review about the MAXTRA upgraded E120 scooter. The scooter didn't turn on initially because I guess it was over charged so it kind of short down. I got a message from the seller about a reset button on the other side of the switch button and as soon as I pressed that restart button, the scooter came on and has since been working perfectly. So for everyone else that has the same issue with the scooter, please try to reset it and test run again. I hope someone find this helpful.

I’m so incredibly disappointed in this product. I ordered it for my son for Xmas. The 1st day he rode it, it lasted for 5-10 mins and when he went up a slight hill, he had to help it along with his foot. It didn’t have the power. I contacted customer service telling them about the problem and at first they were giving me the runaround, but eventually sent out a new scooter! I was thrilled. What are the chances I would get another dud, right? Well, we put it together exactly as instructed and charged it for 12 straight hours and it ran for about 10 seconds today before it stopped. I don’t even know what to do with this point. I want my money back so I can actually go to a store and purchase a real scooter for my son!

We bought this for Christmas. Assembly was very difficult. Once put together, it feels flimsy. Charged overnight. We’re very disappointed to find it doesn’t turn on at all today. Amazon said they cannot accept returns for this item because it has flammable battery. Absolute waste of money. Very frustrating and very disappointed child.

In putting this scooter together, it was evident it was of better construction than others. We actually bought 2 different scooters . One red one Blue. One of the scooters brakes did not function well. Before we could check out its fuction our grandson got on it and ran into unintended items. I was not happy and called Amazon how had the seller contct me and offer and exchange. When packing it up, I found and adjustment for the brakes which fixed the problem. Nothing in the instructions offered any suggestions as to how to adjust it. You had to figure it out on your own. While the scooter gets high marks, the instructions were almost useless...very poor.I have shared same with the seller who said the mfg will address this short coming.

I received product very quickly package was all messed up1 but ok the most disappointing thing is I've tried to get a hold of the company since December and they have yet to send a replacement or a refund it came apart and is not built well dont purchase if you looking for a heavy duty one

It’s a great little scooter, got it for my 8 year old granddaughter for Christmas and she just loves it.It’s got quite a bit of speed too. I would recommend this, even my 10 year old grandson likes riding it!

Just as pictured. Can’t wait to give these to our 8 and 6 year old for Christmas!Edited: the boys both love these!! They are easily transferred from bike to scooter. The speed is fast enough for fun, but feels safe enough where I don’t worry.

In the video, it made it seem like the scooter didn’t require balance as it does and easy to ride. I bought it for my 8 yr old child and she cannot ride it. I tried to return item but merchant doesn’t accept returns... so now I’m stuck with this expensive scooter that won’t even hold my daughter. When she tried riding it, she fell off immediately and hurt herself. The video made it seem as if all you had to do was sit on it and that it will ride easily. Waste of money.
