Bought from Amazon Warehouse as a Used - Like New option. Came in original box with all accessories and packaging. Looked brand new. Item was 150 dollars new at and my Used - Like New option cost 77 dollars. I paid pretty much half price for a new version of this headset. 77 dollars which is the price of a lot of cheap Walmart or Turle Beach lower end sets and I got this for the same price by being smart. My advice, always check your buying options. Amazon Warehouse lists used items often and if it’s like new or very good as the condition it’s usually brand new still. Product sounds amazing and is 10/10 comfort. Headset automatic adjusts to your head. Amazing for shooters like Apex/Battlefield/Division/Destiny/Overwatch and MMOs like WoW and Final Fantasy XIV as well or whatever FPS/MMOs you’re into. Sounds great for music. Mic is the best I have ever used, amazing noise cancellation, sturdy steel frame, 3 different equalizer modes, and Dolby 7.1 plug’n’play push button. Has a pro grade sound stage with sounds incredible. On apex legends before I could hear someone coming from the left or back or right etc. with these I can hear if it’s left or back left and pinpoint them much better and further away. The USB toggle has built in mute switch to go along with your Dolby push button, and also has your volume wheel as well as separate microphone volume wheel. If you can get these like I did for 70-100 bucks new easily neat wired headset out for that price. At full price 150 bucks I’d still rate them high quality and give them a 9/10 for me. I would give them a 10/10 but you can’t manually adjust them to your head. They auto adjust and fit and feel great. But I like my headsets to be a little tighter and firm more so than these allow. Otherwise great, great headset and if you’ve never used a pro grade sound stage or Dolby 7.1 and play shooters get these. These alone will raise your k/d ratio just by wearing them. For anyone buying these to watch movies or music with. They sound fantastic on all 4 modes, and the base hits hard. They work on PC and PS4 via USB and that’s how you can use the built in sound card. They will also work on Xbox, Switch, mobile, etc... You just have to plug the headphones straight in with those options though so no sound card/Dolby 7.1 but they still sound fantastic with the bigger 50mm next gen sound drivers in them. I noticed one guy gave them a low score because he said you can’t use them with Xbox and use the sound card so he docked stars. That’s ignorant. It literally tells you that in the product description and also in the faqs. He gave the product a lower score because he’s an idiot? Ok I guess. Anyone on the fence about these that plays on PS4/PRO or PC definitely get them. Or if you’re like me and play on every console plus PC get them because they work with them all even tho the PS4 and PC take full advantage. If you’re someone who’s looking at these to use with switch, mobile, or Xbox and have no PlayStation or PC keep looking. These are fantastic as I’ve said but to buy a product and not be able to use its best features would be pointless and over priced. Don’t be like the moron who docked stars because he didn’t bother reading the description or reviews.

I did some pretty extensive research before settling on these. It was between this or one of the similarly priced Sennheisers, which are known for their outstanding microphones and sound quality so I was torn with getting something by HyperX. Also, I wanted something with a USB connection. I was immediately impressed with the mic of the cloud revolver S, I did some playback tests and the quality is perfect, it cancels out the noise of my keyboard more than I expected as well. While I'm not exactly a perfectionist audiophile just yet, I certainly do my best to get the most out of my system and care very much about my sound quality. I have a nice 5.1 surround sound system for my PC that I use for solo gaming and music playback. I tossed this headset on with some music to test it, when I turned on the surround sound feature I literally had to take them off to make sure that the music was only coming out of the headset, that's how impressive the open sound stage of this headset is. The audio quality is great, decent bass that's not overpowering and the controls on the USB sound card are nice. The cable length is quite long and perfect for my setup. The audio is better on the lower end versus my Grado SR80s and just about the same mids and highs, I love those Grados but I've got to admit that ill probably use these first now despite my preference for open backed cans. These are by far the most comfortable headphones that I have ever put on. I really wanted a headset that has the cutout in the ear-cups for eyeglasses but these are so plush and comfortable it doesn't matter that they don't have one. I've read quite a few reviews that claim that turning on surround sound diminishes some audio quality, I have not personally noticed this. Surround sound does really widen the sound stage but I feel as though every bit of the sound is still there. It is, however, quite possible that I have some hearing damage from 10 years of ambulance calls with the windows down and the siren on. If you're like me, a discerning audio and gaming enthusiast, and are torn between these and similarly priced headsets I will say that these are a safe bet. The mic is great, the audio quality is great, the build quality is great and they are super comfortable. The plug and play surround sound is what ultimately sold me on these vs the Sennheisers, Id rather not use razer synapse or some other third party program for the 7.1. My last headset, a wireless Turtle Beach 420x Stealth had built in mic monitoring, I LOVED this feature, my only jam is that im used to hearing my voice as I talk so im probably yelling into this new mic.

Dificilmente escrevo uma avaliação em um produto, mas esse merece demais. Comprei este produto em junho de 2019 e usei até hoje, novembro de 2025. Vou deixar algumas considerações para quem está interessado nele. Foi o melhor headset que já usei, e tentei comprar outros modelos para substituir e não consegui. O som dele em jogos é excelente por não ter um grave alto e faz tudo parecer muito limpo, seja COD, Battlefield, CS ou tantos outros jogos de FPS, principalmente por não exigir nenhum ajuste de EQ (ponto extremamente positivo). Já para música, o ponto negativo é exatamente por não ter um grave muito bom. Esse fone foi feito para usuários que gostam de jogos de FPS e ponto. Durante os primeiros dias de uso, lembro de ter me incomodado por ser um pouco pesado, mas isso é costume, principalmente com o ajuste nas orelhas. O acabamento do headset em si é muito bom, porém, ele começou a descascar as almofadas com uns 16 meses de uso. Nunca caiu no chão, então não sei dizer sobre a resistência dele com impacto. Já sobre a qualidade do microfone, é OK. Acho que pela faixa de preço, não tenho o que reclamar. Durante o tempo de uso, com lives e em conversas pelo Discord, a qualidade era justa, nada excelente. Com relação ao 7.1, usei pouquíssimas vezes. Acho que por ser um modelo de 2019, por provavelmente ter sido o primeiro da marca com essa opção (não tenho certeza), não senti uma boa qualidade para esse uso. Enfim, estou aposentando o mesmo depois de 6 anos e muito feliz por essa compra. A HyperX mandou muito bem nessa versão e creio que quem comprar para gaming, não irá reclamar.

Hay que advertir que nunca había tenido un headset de alta calidad. El diseño es muy cómodo. Las almohadillas son de excelente calidad, cómodas y se sienten durable. El marco de metal no se siente para nada barato, hasta donde se es de aluminio, lo que lo hace ligero y flexible. Las vocinas son grandiosas. Solo son un poco pesadas pero para mí se siente mejor así, da un sentimiento de rigidez. Estas definen muy bien el sonido, tienen buen volúmen y la cancelación de audio esta bien. Aun se puede escuchar con ellos puestos, pero sólo se debe de aumentar un poco el volumen para no escuchar ni los perros ni los balazos de tu colonia pobre. El control externo (no recuerdo el nombre) se siente muy bien. Los botones se sienten de buena calidad. Los filtros que tiene están bien, siendo mi favorito el de aumento de bajos. El punto especial de este headset es el control. El botón de Dolby, para alguien que jamás ah tuvo un heatset así, te deja asombrado. Sonido envolvente extraordinario. La música se escucha genial, pero en los juegos. O dios, los juegos. Puedes escuchar los pasos del CT tan bien que te acusarán de wallhack. El micrófono esta muy bien. Si se siente algo bajo, solo hay que actualizar el firmware. Es muy bueno con la dirección del audio. Resumen. Excelente heatset. Recomendado si tienes el dinero.

Excelente Headfone para games. Você consegue distinguir cada som do jogo perfeitamente. Apesar de não ser 7.1 funciona muito bem para essa função. Tem um som muito bem equilibrado. Os graves não estouram mas também não tem toda aquela potência se o que esta pensando é ouvir aquela musica eletrônica com graves no máximo. A qualidade para músicas é muito satisfatória. Equilíbrio e qualidade sonora é o nome desse headfone . Se encaixa na cabeça perfeitamente, no entanto, não abafa o som externo totalmente, nada que venha incomodar. O ponto negativo fica no preço que é bem salgado. O microfone ainda não testei então não vou opinar.

Pros - Beautiful sound - 7.1 - comfortable like really comfortable - the mic is decent Cons - the ear muffs ripped after few months and finding replacement is hard - the cables are sometimes annoying - the 7.1 soundcard broke after a while and sound glitches
