I have been using and recommending this particular black seed oil for the past couple of years. It is high quality, and a higher potency of the active compound thymoquinone. I take it prophylactically as it is an amazing anti-inflammatory (inflammation is the root of illness), and also recommend it to clients. It can be used for metabolic disease, hypertension, any illness that requires reduction of inflammation, digestion, it is also an antifungal/antibacterial/antiviral and even anti-cancer as well as mental health. The taste is strong but that is because there are no filler ingredients and it's just the black seed oil and what black seed oil tastes like. I mix with a bit of raw liquid honey when I take it.

**also worked on my calico's eczema** This oil saved my skin and hair. Through a move and two deaths, which is harder on hair than a bad perm, I was able to still feel beautiful. As a lotion maker, I have tried many oils and Butters. This is definitely the top-tier. I use on my skin everywhere and hair, and I have seen a dramatic difference in both the past couple of months I have used this product. Blackheads will just pop out on their own, and my hair is so happy. I have coarser hair, and my girlfriend has straight fine hair. Worked well on both. You only need two drops for the face, and you will feel salved and moist without greasiness all day. I am pretty sensitive to smells and this has never been a problem for me. But I do like cumin and black pepper and strong essential oils like lime pure patchouli and bulgarian lavender. If you are not into those smells you probably couldn't handle this.

I've been aware of the benefits of black cumin seed for some time, but it's not always easy to come by, so I was wager to try this oil.It has the trademark black cumin flavor, which is strong and perhaps an acquired taste, depending on your preferences. I find it quite nice, but so far I haven't figured out what to combine it with. It definitely overpowers smoothies and might be better if it's paired with something like sesame or hummus. Or in some kind of dressing over cucumbers and the like. One could, I suppose, just take a spoonful of it straight, but that seems a bit hardcore, and I'm still searching for a way to integrate it with food, rather than treating it strictly as a supplement,Still, the quality seems good, and I'm eager to continue consuming it.

great product. i consume it orally and also put it on my hair with combination of other oils. . it has a strong taste but i dont mind.

I literally cannot get the bottle of oil out of the outer packaging. I can unscrew the dropper and use the oil but it is still stuck in the yellow cardboard tube. Anyway, I know very well what black cumin seed oil smells like and this is not it. I am sending out to my lab to get a full analysis and will report back what they come up with. I know there is another carrier oil in here and it is NOT 100% Nigella Sativa because black seed oil is VERY expensive and as a cosmetic scientist I should know better than to pay just $20 for the 4 ounce bottle. Garbage. I would NEVER put this on my skin.
