Super tasty and very convenient to make!
Made some really excellent poha with this. Good part was it was very convenient to do so. You only had to soak the red poha for about 20-30 minutes before it was ready to cook (unlike red rice which you need to soak overnight). It was way healthier than normal poha too, leaving me feeling light, full of energy and fibrous after the meal.
