Eye doctor recently suggested this drop as regular eye drops weren't moisturizing my eyes well, they were still very dry.These are thicker drops and i find them easier to use and she said she saw a good improvement in my dry eyes. If your eyes are dry, like mine were, you might try this drop also. I also use the flax seed oil capsules she suggested as well, both seem to be taking care of my dry eyes problem.

I've been using Systane Complete PF for about a year. It's the best lubricant eye drops I know. After applying it, my eyes—or my vision—feel a little foggy for about 5 to 10 minutes.My first application of the day is with Systane Complete PF, and after that, I use other preservative-free lubricant eye drops from the same brand during the rest of the day.

I am happy with this solution made for dry eyes as it works well for me. I was disappointed in the dispenser until I found out I needed to hold it straight up over my eye and squeeze from the bottom of the bottle and not the middle to dispense one or two drops. After figuring that out I am happy with both.

I’ve been using these preservative free dry eye drops since I’ve had my cataract surgery and they work wonders without burning my eyes ! There are two bottles that come with this and you cannot beat the price. My eye Dr uses these, they soothe my eyes and they are easy to use as well. The quality is amazing. These eye drops are amazing! I use them in the mornings before I put my contacts in, and then again at night before bed after my contacts are out. Since I’ve been using these, my dry eye symptoms have been so much easier to manage and are almost gone completely. Once I use them in the morning, it is effective and lasts all day. Having two small bottles help so I can keep one at home and one in my backpack at work!

I have severe dry eyes and did my research trying to find an eyedrop that would help. Based on the info obtained Systane complete is rated one of the best. I was concerned by the milky white color but read that is the color of the drops as per their website. Now to what I experienced. The cap container is bulky and I find it hard to use. I got brief relief for my dry eyes but not the long term relief of all three symptoms as advertised. Frankly I really did not feel any greater relief when using the Complete compared to the Gel drops so I don't think paying the extra cost is worth it.
