Very good pills! I'm happy with the brand and the quality. I do notice that I have better circulatory health for 1-2 days after I take one of these pills. I do believe Astaxanthin is a good supplement to take every now and then. I've had this bottle for a few months and it hasn't spoiled. I also like that the pill casings themselves have no arbitrary additives.
