Used for ftth trouble shooting. It is very bright but there is some kind of short in the electronics. I was able to use it 1 time and now it works intermittently, sometimes not at all.

Is there an additional piece required so the LC connector will fit. I cannot get the adapter to fit on the fault locator properly. It does not line up. Any suggestions.

The blink setting on this did not work. Not sure why. The steady beam seems to work properly.

Works as described, the only issue I have had is that it will turn on in the case and drain the batteries, I remove one of the batteries when putting back in the case and solves the problem, otherwise happy with the unit.
