I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She is 6, has been taking gymnastics for 2.5 years and is a beginner on the bars. After unboxing and putting together on Christmas Eve, we noticed one of the bolts holding the bar in place was completely ripped off the the steal post it needed to be attached to. I contacted Amazon for seller info and they did not have it. Thank goodness Amazon is awesome and I can return, but annoyed I have to disassemble the whole set to return and have to reorder a new one from a different company. My daughter has been using it nonstop for the last 3 days. It seems sturdy and assembly was easy, but the annoyance of no contact of the seller, having to return the whole set, and research another bar is why I deducted stars.

It’s great for 60lbs and less. Bigger kids it is not sturdy. It lifts off the floor with a simple back hip circle and forget learning Kips on this”kip” bar! It rocks so hard forward that we have had to stack sand bags on the leg stands. So much for a weight limit. We also had to stuff cardboard in between the base and the bar because it would not tighten down so the bar itself would rock back and forth with even the slightest push. All in al this is more a toy then and actual learning bar.

I bought this for my granddaughter. I read the reviews some good some bad, but I qentvwith the good. I'm HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. When you purchase i would suggest buying weights that hold down tents because the bars does wobble a little which is expected

It does it's job but, it arrived torn open on both ends with everything spilling out. Delivery guy said he had never seen such a heavy metal thing packed in such a flimsy box. Was missing 2 screws and a nut, but was able to get it together with the bag of extras that was included. Metal was very beat up with scratches all over because it wasn't padded in shipping at all, looked like it had been used a couple years already instead of being brand new.Description says both 300+ weight limit, and 140 weight limit in different places. Definitely only a 140 lb weight limit. I have a 120lb. Gymnast that shakes it all over. I can't imagine a bigger person on it. Very sticky to adjust as well.

The box came torn apart on both ends I have seen loss end caps floating around in the box so I was worried it was missing pieces. Wile putting together there was a lot of paint chips and damage probably due to the damage box. I came across broken plastic and after putting it together found out they are pieces to kind of hold the bar in the bar holder. Other then all that I do love the green color and so far it’s holding up. Oh luckily it did come with tools to tighten all the screws and bolts and extra screws bolts to replace what I was missing. I was missing mainly washers but that came with extra pieces as well so All good and done.

My 6 year old loves this. Very stable. I don’t think it will hold nearly the weight it claims. It flexed significantly under 135lb girl.
