I have used it for approximately one month and so far it works as described. Very simple to use and the foods turned out pretty good. So far the quality of the steamer is very good. I like the one press easy button to set it and forget it. I can also set the timer set when I want to have the steamer start to cook.

I was so exciting when I got this item a few hours ago. I hand-washed it with warm water and let it air-dried on dishes rack. All of the sudden, the glass lid of the pot shattered!!! In to million tiny pieces!! I was so shocked luckily no one gets hurt! Is it safe to be used at all??! I doubt on it... Will be returning the item for refund

Best soup steamer ! I used this more than my instant pot as it is easier to clean and I can make individual container yogurt too

Used it for two times and now no longer working. Constantly gives me an error code that does not exist in the manual and cannot find any reference online. Will tell me that there is no more water when indeed it is filled up...
