Id give it 4 stars for the only reason being the gel caps are hard for me to take down, i wish they were the type of gel the CLA has but thats mostly on me. The product its self i feel is working well! Its still a little early but i definitely am purchasing again once my bag is empty. If taking vitamins is hard for you though i do recomend the powdered form, and added to a smoothie or something.

Works get for keto
Some of the capsules came broken, But we only lost a handful. Overall we love this product. It really helps if you're on the keto diet. I also noticed they have a slightly fruity taste which I like.
