Assembly and installation were fine. I agreed with a previous reviewer that the drywall anchors included with the product were insufficient for holding the weight of 12 mugs securely, so I used ones rated for 30 pounds. So after putting this thing together, shopping for sturdier drywall anchors, drilling two flipping holes in my kitchen wall, and being pleased with the way it looked overall, I started putting my mugs on the hooks.WHAT A JOKE. The horizontal beams need to be spaced at least another inch apart to accommodate a standard ten- to 12-ounce mug, and there was no hope for my 15- to 16-ounce mugs. The vertical distance between the hooks is also laughable: when I hung my own mug hooks under my top cabinets, I spaced them six inches apart to allow for them to hang with minimal contact. These hooks are barely 4.25 inches apart---meaning even my smaller mugs are banging into each other, as you can see in the photo. ALL of those mugs hold ten ounces.I was careful about looking at all the photos and trying to decipher the measurements before I ordered, but one photo in particular HAS to be photoshopped. It shows tall white mugs hanging with at least an inch or clearance between them and the next rung below, but if those are real mugs, they are tiny. In reality, the mugs are crowded and bumping into each other, touching the next rungs down, and hitting the wall, and it's just not how I want to store and display my mugs.Another one to box up and send back. I'm really losing my faith in Amazon products.o

I love this mug rack! It was really easy assemble, about 15-20 mins and the installation on the wall was easy as well. Just make sure to have a leveler when mounting it on the wall.By the way,I’m not sure if it’s going to look neat if you have different shape size mugs. I happened to have a lot of Starbucks mugs (same shape and size) and it makes the presentation look “even”.

Ok, This wasnt the hardest thing to assemble. It looks cool and matches well with what we have. But with thick metal rails on the back side of this thing and tiny ass screws and anchors and no mounting holes, how is it even possible to mount this to a wall? There are no additional holes visible and 3 anchors and screws? Never seen that before... Im no engineer, but it looks ike something was missed here. Im not sure how anyone else that bought this was able to mount this to their walls, but it appears im going to have to make a trip to a hardware store to make this work. Ill adjust star rating if someone can answer how to mount this correctly.

I CANNOT GUSH ENOUGH!! It came super fast, well packaged, was SO easy to put together and even was super forgiving when my dumb def put one hook row on upside down lol The holes are premiered so there’s no guessing, the top piece even had a plastic bit on it to keep from getting damaged, the colors are SO pretty and feel wonderful and it’s SO sturdy! They even provide a screwdriver (which I recommend a power one still to make it go faster cause there’s a lot of screws lol) and extra screws or each kind plus a couple extra hooks even just in case! If my collection keeps growing I will be RIGHT back here for another with no hesitation!!

Nice looking, easy to assemble, sturdy at least for now!
