These are yummy but the mint is strong.

Good Protein supplement. NOT low calorie, but more healthy than cookies. They taste great - we've had several flavors. But the past few orders we have received dry cookies - like they are older and not soft.

I like some of the other flavours of the Complete Cookies so I thought I would get this one. I like mint, I like chocolate, what could go wrong, right? Well, it's kinda gross. It's not the worst thing I've ever eaten but I wouldn't buy it again. It tastes very artificial and "protein-y". It was also a bit dry and wasn't as chocolatey as the brownie one. It has a decent texture and it's "better for you" than regular cookies with 16g of protein, 10g of fiber, and I'm guessing a lot less sugar than "regular" cookies. I also want to warn you: They *will* cause gas and bloating to some degree. I usually have one Complete Cookie (whether this flavour or another) a day and I've been having them for the past couple of weeks and my body still has not gotten used to them so you may have a similar experience. If you have a sensitive stomach or are prone to gas you may want to only have like half a cookie a day for a couple of weeks (or just try and find another way of getting more protein and fiber).
