I find it is very easy to use, and is large enough not to be lost! Some pubs I visited, couldn't find their key.

A store I visit has a disabled toilet but the key is always kept with the security guard. Several times, the security guard has been on patrol around the store when I have needed to use the facility and I've had to ask other staff to run around the store to locate him. Being disabled, I am unable to follow him around, and I also have little time between wanting to use the loo. and HAVING to use the loo. So I was thrilled when I realised I could purchase a universal key which I could keep with me. No more painful waiting for the guard to arrive with his key - YAY!!!!

Not much you can say about this product other than the fact that it fits in the lock of disabled toilets which is essential if you want to use the disabled toilet in public places. As someone else has mentioned previously, it is questionable that they should be available to anyone without having to prove they would be eligible to use it.

I am in the process of being diagnosed with a joint condition that also affects my bowels which means I often need to get to the toilet quickly or can not walk the stairs to reach them. Although not officially disabled I do feel I need this key (and was advised by my doctor to purchase this). Really helpful but not to be abused - on days I can walk or am not suffering issues I will always use public toilets

As someone who has a hidden disability and sometimes requires an accessible toilet, this key is a life saver. Instant access to the toilet without having to ask staff to unlock it. I highly recommend for anyone who needs to use accessible toilets. However, please do not order one to skip the toilet queue if you don't have a genuine need to use accessible toilets. Thank you

I bought this for my Mother in Law. The local council have these for purchase by disabled Blue Badge holders, but they charge £20.00 for the privilege. I've had one of these myself for quite a while and it has never failed to open the disabled toilets in theatres, motorway services, shopping centres etcJust be aware that it is a big key, not something a gentleman would necessarily want sticking into them if it was kept in a trouser pocket.
