This is the best water dispenser I've found for formula. I've used a few others that broke after a few months of use and just stopped working. I've been using this one for a few months now and love it.Pros:It makes me feel better that it is glass and metal and not plastic, The temperature and especially the ounces are easy to customize. Other ones I've used were not as customizable or you had to keep pressing the button every 2 ounces :/. With this one I've set it to as little as 4 ounces or even set it to 17 ounces when I want to make a giant cup of coffee, ( this is a perfect pairing with a french press btw. Now that my baby is weaned off of forumula I still use it several times a day to make coffee/tea. Its better than an electric kettle because you don't have to wait for the water to warm up its just always warm and ready to go. I also appreciate the child lock, I have very curious toddlers so this puts my mind at easy that they won't accidentaly scald themselves. Its also easier to clean than the other ones ive used because it lifts off the bast and you can put it directly into the sink.Cons: like another reviewer said, it is usually about an ounce short of what the settings say it will dispense, (dispenses 6 oz instead of 7) But I just work with it by telling it to dispense 1 extra ounce more than I actually want.Occasionally I have found it will randomnly turn off and the water will have cooled somewhat and I have to turn it back on and warm it back up again, luckily this only take a min or two and the other ones I had did the same thing but much more frequently.Overall a great product that makes my life easier highly recommend especially if your mixing formula in the middle of the night

The media could not be loaded. The main purpose of the product is to boil water and dispence pre measured amount of water in predefined temperature and it fails to do it perfectly.The design and appearance are great but the water dispense scaling is wrong!It's pretty easy to use but when you are making a baby bottle formula the amout of water is critical, thats the reason this kettle is completly useless.When setting the amount to dispence, for example 4 oz, I measure it in ml in the bottle, 4 oz is 120 ml, most of the time it pours 100 ml, sometimes 110 and sometime 120.The same with all other presets. Useless to say baby formula must be made with precise amount of water for portion, so the product completly misses it's main feature and even may be dangerous if you don't pay attention! Be aware!

This product is literally a life saver I didn’t know I needed! After a few days of dealing with a newborn that was regaining a lot of gas, I found out that warming her milk would help do wonders that I was unaware of. Before I found this kettle, I was warming her bottle in a boiling pot of water and trying to do that while my infant was screaming her head off, sleep deprivation was at its highest with me, and trying to keep calm even through the chaos. This method was not working and I had to search for a different method of navigating her feeding times. The first kettle was defective but once the second one arrived (came in the next day so I didn’t have to wait long, loved that!) it worked miracles. Feeding times are easy now since the kettle keeps her water warm. Her gas has all but disappeared. And I no longer have to keep her waiting as it dispenses the water immediately! I would definitely recommend to any mom in need!

Oz calibration is off nothing in manuel how to correct it very disappointed

I ordered this specifically because the machine is made of glass and not plastic. It makes making bottles so easy for my newborn and keeps the water at the perfect temperature while being able to choose the oz you need. Highly recommend this over any other machine.

This product has been a lifesaver! Measures water perfectly and the temperature is adjustable for bottles.
