Q: Does it have a place to put your feet? It looks like it but I just can't tell.

I sat down on the chair and my feet just naturally found there place. I don't think there is a place that is made to put them... but there is plenty of room and you're not holding them up. It is very comfortable.

Q: Will this fit a person 6ft 2in tall?

To sit, I believe yes. But I feel it was oils be in buyers interest to have one custom fitted

Q: How good is this chair for a short person? I'm 5' and looking for something adjustable.

It is adjustable, however, torso length, leg length, desk height, etc. may play a part. However, it is worth a try and is returnable. I would contact the manufacturer with your questions purchasing if you are hesitant. It is worth getting used to though! Glad I purchased it.
