I ordered this cabinet 2 1/2 years ago. It is a great sturdy product and I am still using it. Still looks new. I had issues with a set of drawer slides. I contacted them with the problem. They responded and immediately sent me out a new set. What prompted me to write a review so long after the fact what a tv stand/cabinet I purchased a couple weeks ago from a different supplier. It came pretty beat up. The box had been opened and re taped. Upon opening it seemed the pieces were ok. When I got to the parts box it was destroyed and had been heavily re taped. I opened that and the parts/hardware bag had been ripped open and re taped. Instructions were also missing. Instructions would have told me if I had all the pieces and how to put it together. Because it was missing the instructions, a few sheets of paper, the only option they had for me was to re pack a very large and very heavy box of cabinet pieces and haul it back to a shipping facility for return. This is what happens when you deal with a company based out of China. The people who I bought this office cabinet from related to this review are right here in the good old USA. Here and able to help you IF you need help with your purchase. This product is a great addition to my office.

I found it easy to assemble, it's really beautiful put together, and it's very sturdy. I don't know about what others feel happened with their orders, but mine got delivered in 3 days and I found the directions very easy to read. There were no nics or damages and as much as I wish I was getting compensated for my review, I'm not! I thought with all the file cabinets out there, this was definitely worth the money, even with the shipping cost, more so than any other cabinets with drawers I looked at. The measurements were perfect and I was able to find the storage baskets, here on Amazon, without an issue, plus they fit perfect! I think it's Awesome for what I need and I love that there's a lock on one of the cabinet drawers too! This is a honest review and, if you look at my profile and other reviews I've done, I'm a no bs kind of chick. I hope this helps you out while shopping. Cheers

My first impression when the item arrived and I opened the package that had a few dents, was oh no I hope it's not damaged and I would need to send the whole thing back, because it was heavy. However after opening up the box and looking through all the pieces that were there only 2 boards were damaged. I contacted the seller, and they were very friendly and helpful in sending the two replacement pieces, after I showed a picture of the damaged items. I was really impressed with their great customer service. The instructions book was not the best as far as following the illustration. Some of them were hard to understand until I needed to look ahead and make a few corrections. But I love that it has wheels and I definitely use it. One of the wheels rolls a little funny, but it's beautiful and very sturdy for all of my cards of various occasions that I write. Thank you again. Be safe and Be well everyone!

Great quality for the price. Directions are all pictures, but easy to follow. It turned out exactly as shown and everything lined up/drawers are perfect. If you can’t afford a steel or wood file cabinet, this is a great choice.

Able to use, but less sturdy than expected. Serves purpose in childs room. Also, has 'too many small parts w/o adequate instructions where to install.

The file cabinet looks nice and it’s easy to assemble but the drawers DO NOT WORK! right after assembling it the drawers came apart when we opened them. First the top one then the bottom as well. The worst part is that I could not return it and get my money back because Amazon told me I had to contact the third party company that sells them through Amazon. I have called the number they gave me several times but there’s no answer. I have left several messages but haven’t gotten a call back. It’s been months now. Very disappointed!
