Very sturdy and works great
These have been useful for my weekend projects. The 4 different sizes is all I need. It's well machined, very clean edges and corners. It's heavy and will definitely last a long time.

Works perfectly
I make cutting boards. These make perfectly rounded corners easy. The bearing on my router bit rides these thick, solid aluminum corners accurately. Highly recommend.

Nice and solid, best only for router table
These router corner templates are well constructed, with no sharp edges or mold lines, and they're just the right thickness for a bearing to ride. They're just a little bit too small to use in between a palm router and the workpiece, so the only real way to use them is on top of the workpiece at the router table. If they were just a little bit bigger in the body, they'd be more versatile, but since most of my use of them would be at the table anyways, they're definitely worth having.

Machined out of solid aluminum, should last a lifetime plus.
Set of 2 Radius Jig Router Templates Corner Radius Routing Templates, Aluminium Alloy Routing Rounded Corners Router Bit Templates for Woodworking Routing, R10 R15 R20 R30These are machined out of one piece solid aluminum, as you can see on my photos they are quite thick. Each jig offers two radiuses. The seller's video on the Amazon listing shows them in use with a straight router bit with a guide bearing.I am pleased with these and they will be a good addition to my woodshop. Some of the anodizing has been rubbed off already (new from the packaging), and it shows bare aluminum. I don't care, it won't make the jig susceptible to corrosion because it is aluminum, and it won't adversely effect the performance. I only mention it so you have a full picture of what to expect in case it matters to you.If I could knock off 1/2 star for the worn away anodizing I would, but as I cannot it is 5 stars.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful!REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This means I have experience of using similar items; or that I have equipment or tools that I can test it with; or that I have an upcoming need so I can actually use. I am as selective about getting an item to review as I would be about purchasing that same item, so yes, I expect it to be a good product. My reviews are NOT based on packaging or if it was delivered timely.

Safe to use and heavy duty to last a lifetime.
These corner rounding templates are much more substantial than I expected. They measure about 4-1/4" across the longest dimension and the aluminum is nearly .400 thick on the face. This size makes it easy to hold at a safe distance from the router bit. Corner radii are usually pretty non-critical, so the fact that these are metric when I sometimes work in imperial units in a non-issue.You use these templates on a router table or shaper and not with a handheld router. I generally use a long 1/2" diameter ball-bearing laminate-trimming router bit when trimming to a template like this. And since so much material is removed at the corner for larger radii it is good practice to first draw the radius on your wood piece with the template and then use a saw to pre-cut away most of the corner material. This reduces the risk of chatter or tear-out when finishing up with the router bearing riding against the template. These are simple but useful and safe templates to use if you often have a need to round corners consistently, and they are much more precise and faster to use than cutting and sanding corners to a radius line. For me these templates are sort of a luxury item since in the past I usually just cut my own templates for the job. But with this design the guides that hang over the edge of your board allow you a very secure grip so that you don't have to figure out a way to attach a homemade template to your work.Highly recommended.
