Honestly I haven't used it yet. But I tell ya, it feels legit! It's well machined, no rough metal edges. And the damn thing is heavy!! So it should work great when I need to use it!

I ordered their 2" receiver and the loop shaped coupling. Fit and finish are great, easy to assemble, but I didn't tighten down the D shackle ring tight enough and lost the threaded pin. I emailed customer support and they sent me a complete shackle setup, not just the pin, the very next day.I really appreciate a company that will help someone out, even when the customer was at fault.FYI, make sure you tighten that threaded pin with something other than just your fingers.Would buy again from this company for sure.

I like the product very well, the only issue I had was they sent the wrong one.

I like the fact that this is nice and secure as a hitch. This adds to the vehicle as well. And it is one of the best recovery points to pull a car out from being stuck. I like the fact that I didn't have to shop around for a lock as this was on all in one great buy. Installed it on a 4Runner.

Had to tow a vehicle. Thought it wouldn't work. Well it did. It performed above expectations. It was not an offroad tow. It was from street to garden kind of tow. For the value and performance A+.

Heavy duty and look’s greatFits great no rattle

Bought to attach to my quad hitch. Fits perfectly. Great quality. Has the same amount of play as all hitches so I just added some gorilla tape around male end of hitch for my own liking. ( not needed ). Would definitely consider putting on my truck for added protection from other vehicles bumping me. The lock works and looks great.

Fit my 2022 4runner. Love that it locks, although someone could easily unscrew the shakle and leave the hitch bar
