Note to start: How they fit the bulb (tight/loose) depends on the shape and size of your bulb. That isn't a defect of the product. There are many LED bulb shapes and sizes that have the same base (I.e. a standard medium base). These a saturated pink so they dim your led bulb quite a bit, but that is fine with me because I bought them to block out the blue light emitted from standard white bulbs that can inhibit melatonin production at night and make it hard to sleep. (Pink and red hues are better.) It would be annoying to take them on and off but I don't. Would be fun for parties or temporary decor changes, too. As described overall.

These bulb covers provide a nice glow to the room and cuts glare. I was afraid they wouldn't stand up to the heat of the bulb but so far no problems. I was buying pink bulbs but they would burn out quickly. Nice product. Update: After 4 months of daily use (2-3 hours a day) I noticed that the pink color was fading out and degrading, most likely due to the heat of the bulb. If you notice more of a glare over time check to see if it's wearing out.

These are like condoms for your lightbulbs. However, they're huge... I am using it on two pendant lamps and they barely hang on to the spiral-shaped lightbulb that is recommended. It kinda makes an ombre pink (which is kinda cool) because the white light coming from the base of the uncovered bulb mixes with the pink of the bulb that is fully covered, if you can pick up what I'm putting down. The silicone attracts every piece of dust in the air, so they are kind of gross to look at if you get up close. Now that I have it, I kind of wish there were a multi-pack of all different colors... who needs 5 pink? Oh well! TL;DR -- better choice for traditional, not hanging lamps.

They provide a nice diffusing of overly bright light. I've noticed they also seem to cut back a little of the heat; which I like since they are being used in the bathroom vanity light fixture.

These are so fun! I was sceptical at first, but love them! Will need to check into other colors!

The pink covers project a soft, comfortinglight. Love them!
