The large dinner plates are sturdy and microwave safe. Large capacity for food and you get 200 plates. I am happy with the plates

This order was fine. What I am displeased about is though I have been an Amazon Prime member for years most of my orders have been declined. I have to use another credit card. I would like to know why.

Perfect for cat dishes

These plates would be fine as an entree salad plate or for a buffet supper. They would be more than a bit too small and a bit too flimsy at 7" for a full plated meal. I entertain frequently so I'm always on the hunt for great items. This one is good but not great, They could be washed and reused but that sort of defeats the purpose of disposable tableware. They are microwave safe and I did use them successfully for reheating portions. I would be cautious of heating any high sugar or tomato based food lest the heat generated in the microwave with those items create a meltdown.

If they were a little bit bigger but they are good.

I originally bought the larger plastic plates in this brand. I wanted them for the use of a neighbor feeding my 4 cats when I was on a trip. They worked well and were very sturdy. The edge helped keep juice on the food from being spilled, didn't leak and were stable. Then I saw the 6 inch plates and bought them. They are even better for my purpose as perfect size for the 1/2 envelope serving each cat gets. That is a very specific use, but I found these are sturdy enough and attractive enough to serve when I have guests for coffee or outdoor drinks on the deck. I also frequently take cookies and other treats to friends when I bake or cook and these small plates are wonderfully strong and the item cost is reasonable.

Portion control is a necessary in my home. We have anywhere from 6-8 people eating at a time here, several meals a day. That equals outrageous grocery expense for us, as you can probably imagine. I love using these for side items or snacks as I can prepare for the kids in advance and nobody feels like they are getting more or less than their counterparts. It's great for pretzels, small candy portions, applesauce or yogurt, or even syrup or dressing dipping bowls. Just last night we used these to make several different colors of icing to decorate a cake. I placed some white icing in each bowl and allowed the kids to pick a color, drop in some food dye, and stir up. This could work just as well as water bowls for paint brushes or for portioning beads or pasta for arts & crafts time. The bowls are heat resistant, strong, and great for children. The best part? Easy clean up. I would definitely reorder these. I received these bowls as a free sample as part of a promotional review program.

I have bought these twice. The first I considered a good product, the second well lets just say the quality control is lacking. All the bowls had small holes (lots) and you could tell they were having issue with the molding process. How that got packaged and sold to a customer is beyond me. If you want to gamble that you can use them then buy this product.
