Bought this for Sciatica pain.After taking this for 3 days n doing the Physical Therapy Exercises I found Online at home, my pain started to go away. Place one dropper full under my tongue for 30 seconds every day, once a day. It worked for me. No upset stomach or any problems from taking it. Awesome taste too.

I’ve been using this daily and I can tell the difference in my energy levels. The sublingual dropper makes it super easy to use, and it actually tastes pleasant—slightly sweet but not overpowering. One star off just because the bottle could use clearer dosage marks, but otherwise it’s an excellent supplement. I’m already on my second bottle!

I can't know for sure how credible this particular brand of B-12 is, but I can say how much I prefer liquid B12 to other forms. From long term experience I can report it is as effective as any I have used in the past. I pour it into a spray bottle left over from a previous brand because it is easier for me to spray a couple squirts under my tongue than to use a dropper. Just personal preference.

This is the best B12 I've found. Easy to take and fast to absorb. Tastes ok and much better than competitors I've tried. It helps with energy and focus, everyone in my family now uses it and speaks highly if their results. Quality ingredients.

Absolutely love this! Almost depleted in B12 and I previously used this brand. We are feeling differently as the vitamin appears to be working.

Mom likes the taste of it. It's very red, though, and will stain.. so watch out not to spill it.
