Good scan tool
Tool shipped from another country, so it took so time to get here. Easy to register and update. Out of stock on the Diagun IV so we agreed on the Pro Mini. Customer service from U car was good. The scan tool is perfect for a retired Technician that needs a little more that just read codes. i haven't had to chance to go through it all yet but i found an issue programming remotes on a 2006 Buick Allure, otherwise it does everything i need it too so far.

An excellent tool for the price
Great tool. Battery life is a bit short. Some procedures are hard to find. Overall good value for the money.

Creo que este producto es muy costoso y finalmente los beneficios no son lo suficientes para su precio. Hay mejores opciones si hablamos de la marca LAUNCH, pero para productos más sencillos es mejor buscar alternativas en otras marcas.

This scanner is straight out of China
Very compatible with all types of vehicles and functionality is as stated but tech support is difficult. Launch US AND CANADA does not support this device. You have to contact overseas support and they hardly speak English

It works well.
I have had many scan tools over the years as a professional technician. This time I decided to try a different brand than the usual Snap on and Mac/OTC. I looked into Autel and Launch. They don't really explain very well what the tools do or do not do? I really liked the size of the Launch Diagun. The price was very good in comparison to most other brands. It activated with no problems and works very well. It seems like the scanner companies are upselling their scanners based on hardware not software. So the X431 platform works across all devices. I'm not 100 percent on that. I know the more expensive scanners brag that they have bigger and better displays. Faster processors etc. I don't care about that stuff. Does it do the job? YES. I am very happy and would not hesitate to buy the Launch X431 Diagun again.
