Packaging mangled her ears
She's super cute, but her ears are very crumpled and smashed from the packaging and we haven't been able to get them to flatten out properly.

Overall nice
It's cute and very soft. It did come vacuumed sealed completely flat. Having to reshape wasn't so great. The black color looks more like gray for some reason. It's a little smaller than the pics make it look.

Vacuum packed
Well the plushy came vacuum packed flat as a pancake. Took a while for it to get its shape.. It's still stiff not soft and charm is taped to the package.

Deception
It is not 25 cm as shown, the color is not black but gray and the packaging is vacuum so the stuffed animal does not have the desired shape. I feel cheated
