Easy to eat and digest.

I love this stuff for intraworkout. I mix this, gatoraid zero electrolytes, and creatine up in a jug before I go to the gym. Its just carbs, nothing else. Exactly what I was looking for.

Worth it. Perfect for 90 min or greater workouts. Mixes very well into workout bottles/flasks for long-haul replenishment of muscle glucose so you're not unreplenished for follow-up workout.

so after a couple weeks of using this product intra workout I can definitely say this is a solid value for the money. I was initially a little upset when it arrived because when I received the product the bag had popped open a little and some of the powder was in the box. although this was definitely a little disappointing, I did really want this to be a positive experience so I tried it anyway. it is easily mixed in a shaker cup. it dissolves well as long as you shake it thoroughly. the taste is great because it literally has none. you can mix it with water and not even know it’s there. or mix it with a scoop or pre or protein and again be none the wiser. the carbs digest fast wich is great for getting the energy you need fast to keep up the workout intensity (my goal), and easily enough to where it won’t effect you’re stomach at all (important). it also enhances you’re pump considerably wich again is why I wanted a intra workout carb. all in all I wanted a high quality clean product without all the mark up of other bigger brands with the same product claiming that it’s special or something that’s it’s not and just being upfront with what it really is. although you can probably get similar results eating some kind of fast digesting carb before or during a workout, it definitely fit the bill for what I was looking for and is now a staple in my nutrition regime and a effective ally in my journey to higher fitness levels.

After being worn down by all of the “EXTREME” and “SHREDDED” labeling of supplements here, I came across a review that mentioned True Nutrition. I’m not into bodybuilding or extreme fitness. I’m just a regular guy who trains consistently to be strong and capable. All I was ever looking for were supplements that weren’t full of things I can’t pronounce with labeling that is over-compensating for their lack of quality products. Comic book graphics and asinine fonts on my supplements don’t make me feel like the adult I am (or pretend to be, anyway). In fact, it’s embarrassing. That’s part of the reason why I gravitated toward True Nutrition. I don’t need a big spectacle on my packaging. I need quality ingredients at a fair price. That is precisely what TN delivers, and why I am a convert. If you like your supplements with horror movie fonts printed over the faces of screaming animals, then you do you. For me, I’m sticking with the simple stuff.These carbs mix perfectly into a smoothie or shake, or even an intra-workout stack. I prefer the unflavored so I can use it in anything.

I've tried other brands of Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin powder (which is all I'm talking about here), and this is the purest, "cleanest" among them. I use it for ultra marathon training and recovery, and add my own electrolytes as needed. That way, I have a much greater variety of flavor options, and can pick exactly what I like. And after a number of bags of this True Nutrition, I can say it works flawlessly for me. No GI issues, and no lingering aftertaste. It gives me the carbs I need, and that's it. Note, however, that while the True Nutrition seems like the least expensive cyclic dextrin, adding your own electrolytes adds to the cost, so it may not actually end up being cheaper.

It's good for my needs I play sport jujitsu and it's really good with no bloating I mix it with my electrolyte powder. I'm really impressed it gave me good energy through the whole training session and I recommend it.
