it is compact, and can contain more that you expect. it is blood red not bright red, but i like the english kitchen vibe.

"Artisan", "skillfully handcrafted" are words that come to mind when you behold them with your eyes and hands. Of course, there's the functionality too. They are so versatile that they can be used for souffles, creme brulees, guacamole dips, tortillas, etc. Now, to fight off the temptation to buy all the other Emile Henry cookwares.....

Bought these to use in the air fryer for making Yorkshire Pudding and small scotch pies, onion soup. Perfect when cooking for one. They cost a little more than the Chinese ones but you get what you pay for. A quality product made in France by a company that use the best materials and have pride in their products. Would highly recommend spending the extra bucks for these and other products from this company.
