Q: which of your shoulder rest dampens the sound the least

That is something that is very hard to answer. It's not like we can tell a big difference between them. Our customers have given us the feedback that the wooden Fiddlerman violin shoulder rests give off a "warmer" sound because of the vibrations with the wood.

Q: how do I order 1/4" size for violin?

Hello! Unfortunately, this product is made only for 4/4 violin at the moment. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Q: Can I adjust its height? I have a very long neck, I need an extraordinary high screw in the chest side, would this shoulder rest do?

You can adjust the screws but... I returned it because I had the wrong size for my violin. I don't remember how long the screws were.

Q: Will this fit on a stagg electric violin? Mine doesn't have the "edge" to hook onto like other violins.

We do NOT believe it will work on a Stagg violin.
