Disappointing Damage on Arrival
I was really excited to receive these pair of elephants as it looked beautiful in the product photos and seemed like a great addition to my collection. Unfortunately, when it arrived, one of the ears was broken off. The packaging didn’t seem damaged, so I’m not sure if it was poorly packed or if it was already broken before shipping.
