The Airgun Hunter's Year Hardcover – Illustrated, March 17, 2011

In truth, I have never hunted, but I still enjoyed this book. A lot of great information from an author who knows and loves the outdoors. I also appreciate his respect for the quarry. It makes we want to practice and try it myself some day soon.

Good book interesting hunting in England. Would never think of all the game hunt able over the pond. Very interesting style of hunting suppressed air rifle. Wish we could do that here in Ca.

Great book on AirGun shooting and hunting and recipes!

Really good information that can be used in the United States.

I have read many hunting books, but this book stands out way ahead of all the others.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, a yearly account of the author and his adventures in the field with excellent diary record of the changing seasons and his account of his sport and hobby that he enjoys.

Having just finished reading this book, I would not hesitate to recommend it to any potential air gun hunter, well written, informative and enjoyable. I have acquired much useful information despite having been an air gun hunter for over 20 years. Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and sad to have finished it.

Informative & interesting.

A truly enjoyable read combining tips, recipes and tales based around a month by month desciption of an air rifle hunter's year. Ian's passion and enthusiasm is clearly evident in his writing. I would highly recommend this book.

A very thorough walk through a year of hunting. Enjoyable and informative, balanced. If you are or are considering air rifle hunting then read this.
