The Good Old Days
I bought my first Waterpik Flosser from the original British company, who were charming and very helpful. This is my 3rd device which includes a toothbrush. It is very neat and sits comfortably on my bathroom basin, but I made the mistake of buying the oscillating version toothbrush and would prefer the sonic version. When I phoned the UK Customer Service number I spoke to a charming girl who explained that they do not sell the toothbrushes separately. So I would have to buy the complete gadget again. This is crazy. What happens if the toothbrush develops a fault? Surely they keep spare parts. If not, they should. I am VERY disappointed and fed up.

Great waterjet, weak toothbrush
The waterjet part is really good, but the toothbrush is a toy, if you compare it to an Oral-B one. I think this toothbrush is missing pulsation in the 3rd dimension, but whatever, it's like going back a couple of decades in toothbrush technology. However, since it's a very nice waterjet, and since its even smaller than my old one, and since I got it on a deal-of-the day, I decided to keep it. It is a nice looking piece of equipment; just a shame about the toothbrush. Maybe in the next version they'll do the toothbrush part properly.

Better than its forebear
Neater and smaller than its predecessor of which I had two. Everything works well.

Great water flosser but ...
... the toothbrush wasn't up to much. Having used the very powerful Philips Sonicare this was much "tamer" and didn't feel like it was doing much to the teeth surfaces. The brush head was also practically impossible to take off and needed severe tugging before it came out. As there are two of us using it this has to be done every time to change heads - I can foresee it loosening before too long.Having said that the water flosser itself does its usual great job ... that is assuming it doesn't pack up within a year or so like the previous one did.

Toothbrush only lasted 10 months the Waterloo still works
Toothbrush pack up after ten months, but the waterpik is fine. It would have gotten five stars had the toothbrush had not stop working.
