Using With Arduino Mega 2560 to control 2kw Kiln at 240vac
I had some old SSRs (another brand) that wouldn't activate with 5v from the Arduino without using a mosfet at 12v. I tried the HiLetgo SSR-25DA module and am totally pleased with the performance. No problem switching with 5v data output pin from Arduino. The program was a simple test of the kiln (it was a DIY project and hasn't been used in years), just to see how long it would take to go from room temperature to 1000 F. Took less than 30 minutes. The relay felt a bit warm drawing 9 amps, so I added an aluminum heatsink to keep it running cooler.

Works perfectly!
Needed this right away and works great!

Will not switch on air pump , updated
I bought this relay to control a VIVOHOME Electromagnetic Commercial Air Pump 32W.This relay will not turn-on the air pump.I have an other relay CG Solid State Relay SSR-25DA. This relay will turn-on the air pump.Update :Added snubber across power line for air pump and the relay started working.Subber is series RC circuit R=220, C=0.1uF

Great value!
Edit 2/13/2024 - still zero issues, with easily another 1,000 switch operations on each relay. Also added 2 more relays (one for each leg of 120V power), and those have performed without issue for about 3 years. Just bought a couple more for another project!Using these to turn on my compressor and coolant pump from the controller board on my CNC machine. Solid state dependability for the price of mechanical. Love them, have easily put 500+ switch operations through them, no issues!

Bad quality STR
The 4 relay that I order burned in just about 2 minutes. Not the first time that this happen, the relays where rated at 60 amps and the actual amps is 47 amps

Works Great! - Replaced 5V Opto-Couple board with the SSR-25 and very pleased.
My project was switching a 9A distributed another brand 5V opto-couple relays (2 channels). One was switching 6A the other 3A. The Arduino was unable to get the relays to switch on and off reliable once the load had been active for 20 minutes. Switching to this SSR-25DA with the whole 9A load made all the difference. Works so much better. I will buy these again for my next project.Update: The second SSR-25A I installed, leaks electricity on the load side. Will contact HiLetgo to ask for replacement.Update 2: HiLetgo refunded me for the non-working item. The one that is working is working well and their responsiveness allows me to move back the rating to a 5. If I get another non-working one, I will adjust appropriately.

Fake or not it's working to spec!
This review is for the SSR-60 DA, the 60 Amp rated version. According to the Internet, this meets all of the fake Fotek SSR criteria. However, don't let that discourage you as it performs according to spec and is actually better than the Schneider 6475DSX-1 rated at 75 Amp. The on voltage of this relay is 1V when I run 10 Amp through it. This basically results in 10 Watts lost to heat. However compare to the Schneider, the on voltage was 1.3V at 10 Amp or 13 Watts lost to heat. Price wise, you know which one win.

Outstanding value for the price
Used this to control my home built spot welder, I added circuit to protect the internal solid state relay.

none work
purchased 4 of these and none will work- tried on 12vdc and 24vdc both supposed to work from 3-32 vdc
